Boat 3D Animation: Celerity

3D Industrial Product Animated Explainer Video :
Celerity 3D Animation

A massive work done for Celerity Craft, a technology company based in Squamish, British Columbia, developing an advanced marine vessel utilizing Lift & Thrust technology🔥

They came back for another animation, this time to display it’s configurability for different use cases✨

Although challenging in the creative and technical process of this animation’s creation, it was a fun one that forced me to push a little further than I had already done. That’s a win in my book💪

Our Services: Crafting stunning 3D animation videos of products that capture attention.

With more then 7 years of experience in this field we are an agency specializing in designing 3D product animation videos for products that are seen the daylight as well as products that are still in development.

Most of our clients are wester based businesses that are innovating and creating new products for a global market.

We assist them in showcasing their products through 3D animation videos, helping potential buyers understand the benefits of these products.

In the vast and competitive world of hyper-production, it’s crucial to stand out with compelling materials for social media and advertising channels.

This is where we come in.

We collaborate with our clients to discuss their ideas and suggest the best approach to achieve optimal results within the best time and cost parameters, while maintaining the high quality we are committed to.

To stay at the forefront of technological trends, we utilize the latest software in the 3D industry, including Blender 3D, Unreal Engine, and WebGL frameworks.

In addition to 3D animation videos, we use these cutting-edge technologies to enhance the overall user experience and provide versatile solutions for our clients’ needs.

These tools enable us to create dynamic and interactive 3D product presentations, allowing users to configure products on websites before making a purchase. Find out more about 3d product configurators here.

Product Animation Renderings

Five military-focused renderings of the existing platform/vessel. Each will demonstrate how our base vessel can be reconfigured for different mission profiles while maintaining a consistent hull design. It must be more detailed than the video ones, that are pretty generic so please don't use these from the video.

Rendering Priorities (with Descriptions & References)

1. Arctic Patrol Setting: Icy waters or frozen shorelines (snow, ice, low sun) Design: Base DACV hull with Arctic camo (gray/white), hardened visual styling, sensors visible Inspiration: Zubr-class LCAC cold-climate variants, Arctic patrol vessels

2. High-Speed Patrol Boat Setting: Open sea or coastal perimeter at speed (small wake trail) Design: Sleek base hull, navy grey finish, radar and light weapon mounts Inspiration: US Navy LCAC 100-class, high-speed interceptors

3. Amphibious Assault Support Setting: Beach landing, troops disembarking with light gear Design: Military camo, front ramp or open hatch, flat deck for utility Inspiration: Zubr-class hovercraft, LCAC troop deployments

4. Autonomous Recon Drone Setting: Swamp or delta with dense foliage and water channels Design: Small (5m), unmanned with mounted sensors/cameras Inspiration: PACV Vietnam-era drone craft, ghost grey stealth finishes

5. Tactical Missile Platform Setting: Nearshore or open plain, overcast light, ready-to-launch posture Design: 12m DACV with missile tubes or VLS pods; black or dark grey Inspiration: Iran's Tondar hovercraft, modular VLS platforms

Design & Production Notes 3 Angles per Rendering: Front-quarter, side profile, and elevated rear or top-down (at your discretion based on what best shows function).

Shared Base Hull: All vessels should clearly use the same DACV hull base to emphasize modularity.

Environment Lighting: Adjust tones and shadows to match setting—cold light for Arctic, golden hour for beach, mist/fog for recon/missile scenes.
